Full Body Workout
A powerful full-body workout in one session. It is an excellent way to reduce body fat, increase muscle mass as well as improve fitness and strength. FBW is a great workout for men as well as women. A full body workout engages all muscle parts. A crucial aspect of FBW is that we train in the right order – starting with the largest muscle groups and gradually moving on to the smaller ones. In practice, this means that we first train the legs, then the back, chest, shoulders, triceps and finish with the abdominal muscles.
Pump Mix
The exercises are performed with weights, most often using a barbell, and the load is individually tailored to each person. Body pump is a group fitness class based on strength and endurance that burns fat, strengthens muscles and improves fitness. It also has numerous advantages as it involves all muscle groups, especially the abdominal muscles. This training makes our body slimmer, stronger and more flexible.
Tabata
An interval training, which has very strong weight-loss effects and significantly improves fitness by engaging most muscle groups. Tabata allows you to boost your metabolism and increase your body’s endurance. Tabata is only performed with the body weight, without any additional equipment. The idea of Tabata is to perform given exercises to the maximum, to do your best, only then the intended effects can be achieved. Tabata is not for everyone, but with a little practice and determination, you can easily handle it.Tabata combines elements of functional and circuit training, so we can be sure that every muscle is activated.
BPU
moderate exertion exercises. The first part of the workout involves a choreographically arranged set of exercises which have a positive effect on the cardio-vascular system, facilitate fat burning and improve movement coordination. Part two of the training involves exercises which strengthen the abdomen, thigh and butt muscles. During the workout, leg weights, stepping boards, mats and balls are used.
Stretching
Classes that involve stretching muscles through exercises and physiotherapy techniques. They are aimed at relaxing and increasing flexibility in a safe and harmonious way. Stretching is a crucial, yet underestimated, part of training. After a few hours of work, our muscles are extremely contracted. In order for them to return to their natural state, it is necessary to stretch them properly – without stretching, they can cause a lot of tension and lead to permanent changes in posture. After stretching for 50 minutes, you will feel an extraordinary sense of relief and relaxation.

Fat Burning
These are exercises aimed at burning fat. The exercises are performed to the rhythm of music. The energetic sounds not only put you in a great mood, but also help you burn calories and eliminate body imperfections. Fat burning is an aerobic workout. The exercise set strengthens the whole body, with a particular focus on the lower parts: stomach, hips, thighs and buttocks.
Flat belly
Moderate-intensity exercises. The first part of the class is a choreography that has a positive effect on the cardiovascular system, facilitates fat burning and improves fitness. The second part, on the other hand, involves intensive abdominal exercises performed in series.
TBC – Total Body Condition
The first part of this workout involves simple choreography in order to raise the efficiency of the cardiovascular system. The second part involves exercises to strengthen the muscles of the upper and lower body. Dumbbells, mats and stepping boards are used during this workout session.
Healthy Spine
A training session which concentrates on the prevention of spinal pain and the teaching of correct body posture as well as the strengthening of weakened back muscles. This workout improves abdominal, back and butt muscle fitness, and engages deep muscles which are responsible for stabilizing the spine. Some of the benefits include improved spinal mobility and stretching of the most important muscle groups which tend to be atrophied due to a sedentary lifestyle and work. The second part of the training session entails strengthening and toning exercises of the upper and lower body.
Step + TBC
the first part of exercises takes place on a platform (approx. 30 minutes) which aims at burning calories, effective fat burning, and making the cardio-vascular system more efficient. During the subsequent 30 minutes we strengthen our muscles through exercises with dumbbells.
BODY SCULPT „perfect body” – a training involving all parts of the body.
Intensive due to the large number of repetitions, which burns fat while strengthening and sculpting the body. Tapes, dumbbells and leg weights are used during the classes.
Pilates
A fantastic exercise programme to make your body strong and flexible, your figure more elegant and your spine well-protected against strain and discomfort.It is considered the safest and most effective technique, mainly due to building ‘core strength’ – strengthening the paravertebral muscles and aligning the spine optimally.Pilates is also mental training, improvement of psychophysical condition, knowledge and awareness of your own body, effective stress relief and, above all, satisfaction with the effort!
