Kickboxing is not only a sport for professional athletes, but also an excellent form of physical activity for anyone who wants to improve their fitness, strength and motor coordination.

Kick-boxing is a combat sport combining boxing punches and kicks, developing both physical skills (strength, speed, endurance, flexibility) and mental qualities such as stress management, self-confidence and self-esteem. We invite you to kickboxing training every Thursday from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. The classes are intended for beginners and take place in a mixed group. We do not require any previous skills – just sportswear and willingness.

The training is led by Agata Karcz, an experienced competitor and trainer:

• 10-time Polish kickboxing champion
• 3-time Polish boxing champion
• Muaythai champion
• World vice-champion in kickboxing
• World Cup medalist in kickboxing (2nd and 3rd place)

Cost: PLN 130/month (MultiSport cards are not accepted).
