Steam sauna (wet) – a Roman bath with 100% humidity and a temperature of 40-50°C, perfectly moisturises and relaxes.
Cedar wood dry sauna (Finnish) – with low humidity (5-10%) and temperature 85-110°C.
Infrared sauna – NEW! It warms the body with infrared rays at a temperature of 25-60°C. It has a beneficial effect on health, heating up fat tissue, muscles and internal organs, enabling longer sessions and better results.
